Thank you for choosing Butterbean Acres RV Park for your outdoor recreational experience. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, we have established the following booking policy. Please read it carefully before making a reservation.

 

1. Reservation Procedure:

• Reservations can be made online through our official website or by calling our reservation hotline.

• Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance.

•  Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

 

2. Check-In/Check-Out:

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM.

• Check-out time is 12:00 PM.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the reservation date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days of the reservation date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 6 days of the reservation date or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

 

4. Reservation Modifications:

• Changes to reservation dates and campsite selections are subject to availability.

• A fee may apply for reservation modifications, which will be communicated at the time of the request.

 

5. Campsite Selection:

• While we will do our best to accommodate your campsite preferences, specific site requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to relocate guests to a similar campsite in the event of unforeseen circumstances or operational needs.

 

6. Maximum Stay: 

• The maximum consecutive stay at Butterbean Acres RV Park is 30 days.

• Extensions may be granted at the discretion of park management.

 

7. Quiet Hours:

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the peace and tranquility of fellow campers during these hours.

 

8. Campground Rules:

• Please follow all posted campground rules and regulations during your stay.

• Campfires are allowed only in designated fire rings and are subject to local fire restrictions.
   

9. Pet Policy:

• Pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly campsites only.

• Please keep pets on a leash and clean up after them.

• Aggressive or noisy pets may be asked to leave the park.

 

10. Visitors:

• All visitors must register and follow the park rules.

 

11. Liability:

• Butterbean Acres RV Park is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen property.

• Campers are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

 

12. Termination of Stay:

• We reserve the right to terminate the stay of any guest who violates park rules or engages in disruptive or harmful behavior without a refund.

 

13. Reservation Confirmation:

• A reservation confirmation will be provided via email or phone after your booking.

• Please review your confirmation for accuracy and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
